I am a board-certified Family Medicine physician practicing since 2007, committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care for individuals and families. I focus on long-term wellness, prevention, and building lasting relationships to support your health at every stage of life.

My special interests include women’s health, dermatology, musculoskeletal medicine, and pediatrics. I am also a proud member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Passionate about helping patients feel their best—inside and out—I joined hands with Dr. Ahmad to create Wanderlust Aesthetics and Direct Primary Care in Carmel, Indiana. We offer advanced, non-invasive aesthetic treatments and create tailored plans to enhance natural beauty with subtle, sophisticated results.

I live in Carmel with my husband and our two children. Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, working out, weight training, and listening to music.

I’m a family medicine physician who relocated to Indiana from the West Coast, bringing with me a thoughtful, whole-person approach to care. With over six years of experience, my practice is rooted in osteopathic principles that honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I believe in truly understanding the individual—looking at the person as a whole, not just a list of symptoms.

What sets my approach apart is the way I thoughtfully combine aesthetics with medicine and primary care. I view aesthetics as an extension of overall health and wellness, allowing me to create treatments that are both medically grounded and intentionally personalized. By blending clinical expertise with an artistic, wellness-focused perspective, I help patients look refreshed while also supporting how they feel on the inside.

I am an aesthetic nurse practitioner with 22 years of nursing experience, with a strong clinical background in emergency nursing, pediatric intensive care, and critical care transport. These experiences shaped my commitment to precision, safety, and evidence-based care. I am deeply passionate about wellness, aesthetics, peptide therapy, and hormone replacement therapy, helping patients optimize their health, energy, and longevity through personalized, proactive treatment plans.

I believe in empowering individuals to look and feel their best by focusing on prevention, education, and individualized care. Outside of my professional life, I am a proud mom to three daughters, married to an amazing husband, and a dog mom to two pups. I enjoy staying active through CrossFit and biking, which reflects my belief that true wellness begins from within and is supported by intentional, healthy lifestyle choices.

My name is RN B. I graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. From 2015 to 2020, I worked as a bedside registered nurse in Surgical Oncology while also practicing part-time as an aesthetic injector. In 2020, I relocated to the United States to further develop my English skills and pursue my goal of working as a registered nurse. After obtaining my U.S. RN credentials, I began working in the Intensive Care Unit in Indiana and later opened my own aesthetics practice.

For the past three years, I have been actively injecting and helping women feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. I believe true confidence comes from within and naturally radiates outward—when you feel good about your appearance, it shows. I currently live in Indiana with my husband, our son, and my two stepchildren. Outside of work, we enjoy spending time on our boat during the summer and traveling internationally each year.

Originally from a small town and now based in Carmel, Indiana, my journey has evolved from caring for life at its most delicate beginnings to elevating confidence, wellness, and natural beauty. My transition into the beauty and wellness industry is guided by the same values that defined my bedside nursing career — precision, safety, compassion, and artistry.
